The proposed rule sounds like an excellent start to many welcomed and needed changes. I am in favor of anything that will help bring more accountability, and this sounds like a way to prevent one entity being forced to \"bail out\" another. Instead, it encourages personal accountability and transparency, and hopefully would serve as a strong preventive measure against risky practices. I lend my full support to this amendment, and look forward to reading any other new proposals.
