Hello,
I am retail investor and I find the US stock market really attractive. US economy is largest in the world. At the moment, China economy is rapidly growing. At this point, it is important to offer better conditions to market participants.
I believe, that by implementing this rule market will gain more transparency and further more better risk analysis for market participants. This will bring more long investors to US markets.
Also, I believe, punishment for breaking the rules must be according to the damage done and not be as cost of running business.
I hope that this rule will be implemented immediately and market to be revised and market participants to comply to new rule.
