Good day and thank you for taking time to review comments and concerns with regards to rule proposals. I'm a fairly new retail investor to the market, learning the insides and outs of trading. After reviewing SR-NSCC-2021-801, communicating with others to explain any other grey areas of the proposal, I now can say with confidence that this rule is an absolutely necessary cog with the growing retail trading today. Please consider passing this as it would provide transparency to not just the SEC, but for all so that there's proper accountability to all parties involved. On a side note, there should be compounding penalties for repeat rule violations, applied to anyone. Regards and thanks, Terrance Thompson Retail Investor
