To whom it may concern: My parents lost a million dollars in 2008. We are restaurant people: worked hard flipping pancakes, waiting tables, washing dishes etc. Dad finally had a sales job and grew his 401k at a company he worked at for 22 years and the crash! To work so hard your entire life and lose the security of the retirement he had invested in. I vote yes to passing this rule as a vote for them! Jacqueline A Gosselin
