To whom it may concern, We need action taken immediately. We need NSCC-2021-801 passed immediately.. Data online at Nasdaq.com showing that institutions own 105% of a company. Fintel shows 130%. How is this possible if shady business isn't happening. How can we have confidence in a system that is totally manipulated. We watch daily as more and more shares are purchased. How deep does this problem occur with other securities and bonds. We need more accountability to the players that are creating this problem and manipulating the entire system. Supply and demand seem to no longer apply.
