I am contacting you to voice my opinion on a proposed rule change , SR-NSCC-2021-801. Having read through the proposal and having taken time to understand its implications I must say that I fully support its implementation. In fact I believe it’s truly only the beginning of what the SEC can be doing to stamp out abuses in our financial system, especially when these abuses can potentially do catastrophic damages to our economy. I truly hope someone takes the time to read this and passes along my sentiments. I appreciate you taking a moment to hear my opinion. Thank you Brian Hansen (Retail Investor)
