I believe this ruling should be passed and wholeheartedly support it As a recent amateur investor it is clear to me that there is blatant market manipulation. Companies are free to abuse the stock market at will and essentially siphon funds from other investors. There needs to be accountability for what appears to be illegal and underhanded practises Regards
