To whom it may concern, I am writing today to voice my support for the proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. I typically am not in favor of regulation, however I believe the stock market is a place where it is necessary. It seems as though large hedge funds and market makers have been playing fast and loose with hard working Americans' money for far too long. 2008 should have been a huge wake up call, but instead a bailout was the green light for risky profit seeking. I urge you to approve this rule and restore American's faith in the stock markets. Thank you, Susan Harber
