I will be direct with my reason for why you should APPROVE this rule. What the hedge funds are doing right now is 100% illegal they’re out of control and reckless and unless they are made responsible for their actions they will be result of another market crash like back in 2008. The 1% do not make up the world economy it’s us little guys that keep things going and if you look at history any ruler of tyranny always falls do the right thing and approve the rule making the hedge funds take responsibility and learn a lesson
