Good morning. My name is Tony Halsey and I'm writing to you to give my vote on this rule. I think this is another great step towards a even playing field. I'm new to the investing world and I've done seen some stuff since investing. Investors have gotten death threats over this. This definitely has gone too far. Even if this rule gets approved I think Hedge Funds will still find a way to manipulate the market but as I stated before this is a great start. Thanks for stepping in to help level the playing field. I vote yes to Rule NSCC-2021-801
