I am a retail investor acting as an individual and would like to express my support for ruling SR-NSCC-2021-801. It is in my opinion that this rule is a step toward a freer and more regulated market that ensures that parties that wish to engage in short selling or stock borrowing are held accountable for their actions and risk. I would like to see this rule passed and enacted immediately. Thank you, Brandon Kelley
