To whom it may concern, I am writing today to voice my support of filing NSCC-2021-801. I strongly believe regulations must be put in place to ensure a fair market. The integrity of the American market has been compromised by market makers. The working class retail investors have been victims of the MM's greed for longer than most realize. I believe NSCC-801 is a huge first step to restoring the faith and trust that investors have lost over the years. Transparency must be enforced to let investors know that they aren't "playing" a rigged game. Thank you kindly for your time. Jon G. Khan
