Rule SR-NSCC-2021-801 should be implemented. For to long, there’s been to much of a grey with Wall Street in what they are allowed to do. We need to clean that up and make it more visible to the people, if we really want a clear honest and equal market. This is necessary, it holds people accountable for their actions.
