As a stockholder of multiple stocks, I am in favor of this filing and I strongly support this filing. I believe in transparency and that implementation of this rule will help all investors, as it has become apparent how few "key players" have been manipulating stock prices, and making the stock market their personal casino, this has to change. This will be in favor of all who are keen on the stock market. Z Z
