Thank you for your time on this issue. I am a retail investor. I have been hesitant in the part towards investing because of companies profiting from the practice of short stocking. This phenomenon has been harmful to companies and decreases confidence in the market for myself and probably many others. Please do what you can to prevent this practice in the future.
