To Whom it May Concern, As an active retailer trader, I vote yes re the above. We need more transparency in trading naked shares, using the dark web and hedge funders manipulation by trading back and forth to keep the price down of a certain short stocks for extended periods of time. This is illegal and should not be tolerated so I vote yes. PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AND STOP THIS ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR. Thank you. Carol Sisti
