I strongly support Rule NSCC-2021-801. These types of regulations are necessary to create a fair market. It has become clear that without strong oversight and transparency some organizations will engage in unchecked illegitimate practices that threaten the stability of the entire economy. This rule, and others like it, are absolutely necessary to safeguard a fair and secure financial future for our country. Regards, George Wendal
