Affiliation: Retail Investor Thursday, April 9th, 2021 Hello, I am an individual investor ( retail investor ) and I feel this rule ( NSCC-2021-801 ) should be implemented as the current stock market manipulation is currently getting out of hands completely ruining the market and losing the confidence in public.
