As a retail investor I am strongly in support of this new rule change. There needs to be more transparency and accountability in regards to how hedge funds are operating within the market. By not implementing this rule I believe our markets would face great risk from the current unsafe liquidity requirements as well as the blatant illegal market manipulation that exists today. In addition to implementing this rule, I believe the penalties that go along with enforcing it should be stronger to force compliance. Thank you, A.J. Gerritson
