I am an individual’s retail investor and would like this ruling enacted for the betterment of the retail investors. Shorting Stock Shares and stock lending programs have become abusive to the point of being illegal. It’s time to make changes. Elon musk said it best. You can’t sell houses you don’t own You can’t sell cars you don’t own But you can sell stock you don’t own. This is indeed BS. This ruling will begin much needed reform to this area of the market. Please enact this ruling immediately. Thank You Darin Dangora
