I believe this rule (SR-NSCC-2021-801) - if enacted is a step in the right direction towards accountability for those who engage in the short selling/ stock borrowing program. I would like to see this rule passed and implemented immediately. Gambling has not made the stock market safer for us seniors. I would be much happier if options were illegal. Cash money should be what makes this system work. Buying on margin is a dangerous game and it is now coming to fruition. Please take bold steps to make the stock market what it was meant to be...real ownership of a company!!! Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Renee Christensen
