Hello, Approving and implementing Rule SR-NSCC-2021-801 ASAP will allow for greater trust and respect of the market worldwide. I am concerned that trust in the American Market is being destroyed by consistent blatant corruption and lack of punitive oversite. I am an individual investor ( retail investor ) who feels this rule ( NSCC-2021-801 ) should be implemented as the current stock market manipulation is currently getting out of hands and jeopardizing the American Economy to a frightening extent. The past few weeks have shown clear manipulation. I strongly believe that the market crash in 2008 may be repeated due to loopholes being criminally exploited. I strongly urge for 801 to be implemented ASAP before hedge funds and shorters alike are able to drive down the value and price of companies that do have value and are trying to come back from the pandemic. I hope the SEC will work to restore integrity, accountability, and trust. There must be accountability with stronger penalties. Thank you for your time. -Kirsten
