To whom it may concern, I have reviewed the filing for SR-NSCC-2021-801 and believe that this rule change should be officially approved and implemented. Based on recent disturbances in the financial markets it has become clear that some cleanup is required to prevent bad actors from causing a catastrophic collapse similar to 2008. Passing this rule would force bad actors to stay honest and prevent a systemic problem from getting even worse. Thank you, Alex Schlee
