I am an individual retail investor and would like to give my opinion regarding this proposal for rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. This rule is definitely a step in the right direction towards accountability for those who engage in the short selling/stock borrowing program. We need the greater transparency and clarity on what is happening when these types of trades happen for the good of everyone. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
