To whom it may concern, I want to take a moment to let you know I strongly support Rule NSCC-2021-801 (companion ammendment to DTC-003) and any rule that eliminates the inexplicable lack of scrutiny which allows hidden dirty/illegal dealings, naked shorting, FTD shares, dark pool trades, ladder attacks, trading to artificially lower the price per share, etc. Thank you so much for listening and your immediate action is appreciated
