I say yes to Rule NSCC-2021-801. I am thinking of pulling my funds if not do to unfair playing field with no referee so why invest with all the manipulation going on and shares being hidden and accounted for by DTM calls so hedge funds don't have to cover by buying shares back I mine as well throw my money in the street.
