To whom it may concern, I fully support the implementation of SR-NSCC-2021-801. I believe it promotes transparency and a fairer market for all. It might also help mitigate highly risky plays from actors that have considerable advantages, financial or otherwise, from doing so. I am hopeful that this resonates with the SEC as well.
