To whom it may concern, The blatant fraud being seen in the market today is a good indicator that this rule must be passed so that those who walk with an air of invincibility and disdain for proper law must be held accountable. Without this people will lose incredible amounts of faith in the market, especially in this large up and coming generation of new investors. -S
