I fully support the implementation of amendment to SR-NSCC-2021-801 as it is necessary. The market is too lax and hedge funds are freely manipulating the market. Even when caught, they get a fine that is minute compared to the money they made through deceit. Please implement SR-NSCC-2021-801 as soon as possible.
