Yes/For.. I am for this rule change because I’m worried for our financial system is being put into jeopardy by Citadel Securities and other like minded individuals.. this rule needs to be put into place to stop hedge funds from manipulation and naked shorting.. all us 99% have to pay our bills why don’t the 1%?
