Without action and transparency, bad actors will completely destabilize our system, and continue to take advantage of our country and of the millions that work tirelessly in pursuit of the \"American dream\". If you do not pass this amendment, in addition to corresponding DTC and OCC safeguards, and follow up these first steps with additional regulation to establish REAL AND FAIR MARKETS, you are betraying your neighbors and countless generations before you who have built everything that we have today. Do not make that mistake and please put a stop to this criminal behavior.
