As a European retail investor, I strongly support the implementation of SR-NSCC-2021-801 asap. The blatant recent manipulation in price action in some US stocks by hedge funds and the apparent regulatory failure of supervisory bodies allowing such price action, has led to the loss of my trust in a functioning and fair US market. Consequently, I will NOT invest a single coin into the US market until market integrity is restored. The proposed rule change, although it is clearly not sufficient for the previously stated objective, is a step in the right direction. -- Dr. Sophia Christin Weissgerber
