Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to voice my direct support for this new ruling. Too long has this loophole been allowed to terrorize small business and retail investments. The evidence condemning this exposed behavior is apparent and obvious. Enough is enough. I am very much looking forward to working together in creating a safer market for all business that ensures the security (and validity) of all of our assets. I thank you for your time in reading this comment and for working on passing SR-NSCC-2021-801 in the hopes that the integrity of the future of our American Market may be preserved for following generations to flourish.
