To whom it may concern, I would like to express my opinion regarding this new proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. As a retail investor I believe the proposed companion amendment to DTC-003 is necessary. It holds person(s)- those who engage in short selling/stock borrowing accountable for their actions. I believe that the SLD change in process from Monthly to Daily settlement is a necessary step.
