To whom it may concern, After carefully reading through the 36 page document provided, I believe and assert that the simplification, risk mitigation, and new oversight that SR-NSCC-2021-801 offers the NSCC is beneficial for the stock market and the newly interested and growing population of retail investors. I believe that this ruling, if enacted, should be one of many to be passed and enforced in the pursuit of a better, less pervasive market to the retail investor.
