I am an individual retail investor and would like to express my support for SR-NSCC-2021-801. Naked shorting is illegal. Using market loopholes to reset short interest must be banned. All transactions (dark pools) must be reported daily for transparency. Falsified report fine must be redefined. Everyone must be held accountable for their crimes. Market transparency and fairness must be restored as it currently looks like a systemic fraud scheme. Regards.
