Hello there, Hope this email finds you well. I am an individual international retail investor, and have been investing heavily in the US stock markets over the past 4-5 years. I would like to express my opinion regarding the new proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. I believe this rule is a step in the right direction towards accountability and transparency for those who engage in the short-selling / stock borrowing. It is time to update to the current RegSHO closeout requirements, and this SLD change in process from monthly to daily settlement is a step in the right direction. I would like to see this rule passed and implemented immediately. I would also like to see higher penalties for non-compliance and violation of this rule. Thank you, Aditya Kaul
