To whom it may concern, I am an individual investor and am in full support of the SR-NSCC-2021-801 regulation and the transparency it will afford investors. While a considerable amount needs to be changed moving forward, I believe this regulation is a significant step toward a positive change that delivers confidence to both the retail sector and those entities who wish to reap the rewards of a stable and healthy economic environment within a reasonable and secure rule of law.
