Hello, I am an individual investor ( retail investor ) who feels this rule ( NSCC-2021-801 ) should be implemented as the current stock market manipulation is currently getting out of hands completely ruining the market and particular stocks.It has to be fair for everyone. Best regards, Frédéric H.
