I am an individual retail investor and would like the opportunity to voice my opinion regarding rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. I vote in favor of SR-NSCC-2021-801. We need more accountability and transparency in the market and there should be harsher penalties for those who manipulate it behind closed doors. Plain and simple. Thank you.
