To whom this may concern, I am writing you today as a proud Army Veteran. I served in the Army from 2007-2011. I had one 12 month tour in Iraq in 2009. I am using this opportunity to voice my opinion that you all have allowed me to have which I am grateful for. I fully support SR-NSCC-2021-801 ruling. As a retail investor, I would like a fair and transparent market. I believe everyone should be treated with decency and have the same opportunities as every other investor and larger institutions. I believe our market is facing difficult times as people all across the world feels the integrity of our market is fading. I ask that you please consider my statement in relation to SR-NSCC-2021-801 and every other hardworking American that simply wants fairness. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment.
