Hello, I'm 27 years old, married, have a child, home owner, bachelor's degree... the whole 9. While I have many things that constitute the American Dream a pivotal element of that dream is missing. Trust in my government's ability to regulate financial markets. I don't have confidence in the SEC to support the retail investor and increase transparency of big institutions that take away from the common man. I hope this message is heard and you enact this proposed rule before retail investor confidence dissapears for a generation at a very important time in America. Steven Chapple
