Dear reader, I am, as an international investor, in full support of this regulation. Without regulations such as these to create more transparency and fairness in your markets, I cannot see myself continuing to trade any further given the quite frankly suspicious (at best) dealings of your market makers and hedge funds. My understanding is that by increasing liability on bad actors within the system we might move forward to a share market which benefits all participants equally. Sincerely, Dr. Jonathon Weston
