To whom it may concern, I believe that these new regulations are an important step to shoring up our markets against the volatility catalyzed by the greed, short term thinking, and unnecessary risk that certain Hedge Funds, and other financial institutions, pursue. As an investor who has been affected by the stock market recently, I feel that this rule should be implemented ASAP. If people don't believe in a free and FAIR market, there IS no market.
