Dear Sec, This rule must be implemented swiftly as transparency and openness must be the keystone to a free and fair market, not shady tactics and decietfulness as some hedge funds and other bad actors may have you believe. People using these underhand tactics must be held to account and not allowed to continue to exploit loopholes that can hide there dirty, illegal dealings or we will find ourselves back in 2008 due to their greed and narcissism.
