To whom it may concern, Dear SEC, I am and individual retail investor and would like the opportunity to voice my opinion regarding rule SR-NSCC-201-801. I am in favor of enacting the rule about accountability for those that are dealing with shortselling stock and the borrowing program. I would like the rule to be passed, and impose rigorously penalties to those that abuse the system and bankrupt companies that with alot of effort contribute to society.
