Dear SEC, I would just like to input a comment for the proposed SR-NSCC-2021-801. I'm in favor of the proposed rule because I think it will bring more stability to the market. It will be harder to drive things too far and risk a crash of the market in doing so. Single persons as well as larger institutions should be held accountable for their actions. This new rule set will help to make sure of that. I'm glad SEC and DTCC have proposed several new regulations lately which will be better in the long run for the market and the economy as a whole.
