SR-NCSS-2021-801 To whom it may concern, I'm new to investing and I've noticed, Shorting stocks is dangerous for the economic growth when abused. With 801 in place it will protect everyone even the short share holder minimizing their loses. Shorting is just far to dangerous right now and needs a change. Thank you for your time, Mark McLeod
