To whom it may concern at the SEC, I fully support ruling SR-NSCC-2021-801. By passing this ruling and amending “DTC-003”, systemic risks in the financial markets will be mitigated heavily, in the best interests of the vast majority of Americans. As a born and raised American citizen, I want to say I have full faith that you will allow this ruling to pass.
