To whom it may concern. With the new proposal and hopeful approval of companion amendment to DTCC-003 is a necessity for a reformation of the American financial system and a great leap into bringing back retail investor power over large banks and institutions who over leveraged or over extended their positions that harms the individual investor. I fully support the notion of SR-NFCC-2021-801 as a balance for the United States stock market and progress to an actual free market and to stop any large future repercussions like the 2007-2008 housing crisis that nearly destroyed our economy and one that I never wish to re-live.
